Submission Guidelines

To make sure every mock-up meets the high standards of TemplateFC, please follow these rules:

  • Products You May Submit

    • Mock-Up Templates – Fully editable kit, uniform, or apparel mock-ups.

    • Pattern Packs – Original, repeatable patterns for kit and design use.

    • Design Goods – Other creative tools that help designers bring their projects to life.

  • File Type

    • PSD, TIF, or AI files only.

  • Resolution

    • High-quality (minimum 3000px preferred for mock-ups).

  • Layers

    • Fully layered and editable with smart objects where needed.

  • Originality

    • Only submit original products you’ve created. No copyrighted logos or brand-specific details.

  • Preview Images

    • Include at least 2 preview images showing the mock-up(s) in use.

  • File Organization

    • Keep files clearly named and zipped into a single folder for submission.

  • Patterns Info

    • Pattern packs must feature at least 20 patterns.

    • Each pattern should be editable and prepared in full color.

    • Clearly name each file for easy identification.

1. Ownership & License

  • You retain full ownership of your original designs.
  • By submitting, you grant TemplateFC a non-exclusive license to sell your product on our website.
  • This license allows us to promote your product on our site, social channels, and email campaigns.

2. Exclusivity

  • Submissions to TemplateFC are non-exclusive — you may sell the same product elsewhere if you choose.
  • However, products should not infringe on the copyright or trademarks of others (e.g., no real club/team kits).

3. Product Standards

  • All files must be original, high quality, and tested in Photoshop.
  • Submissions should include clear file names, organized layers, and be free of errors.
  • Descriptions must accurately reflect the contents of the pack (file count, resolution, views, etc.).

4. Review & Approval

  • TemplateFC reviews all submissions before publishing.
  • We reserve the right to reject any submission that does not meet quality standards or violates these terms.

5. Pricing & Revenue Share

  • TemplateFC will set final pricing to ensure consistency across the store.
  • Creators will receive a 50% revenue share on each sale of their product.
  • Payments will be distributed monthly via PayPal.

6. Liability

  • You confirm that your submission is original work and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
